Here we are, in DECEMBER.
I love taking time to reflect at the end of the year. It seems like I’m always saying how crazy the year was, so much happened, and how fast time went. But this year. OMG. I feel like it was on another level. 2021 was full of so much change and growth, that I seriously forgot that some of it happened this year. How crazy is that?!
Anyways, that’s why reflecting is so important to me. It’s too easy to get caught up in the pace of life and forget all about how far you’ve come. On that note…

Here’s what you can expect each day of the December Workout Calendar. The goal? To make sure every muscle group gets the attention it deserves every week
SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Upper Body
FRIDAY: Stretch & Recovery
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.
